2.2. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not guarantee that social media platforms will not decrease, drop, or remove the metrics provided.
2.3. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any account suspensions, bans, or content deletions carried out by social media platforms. The User assumes all risks associated with using third-party growth services.
3. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
3.1. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways and financial institutions.
3.2. By placing an order, you authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of the transaction.
3.3. The Company does not store full credit card or bank account details. All data is handled according to PCI-DSS standards by our partners.
4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1. Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of the services, all sales are final.
4.2. Refunds to the original payment method (bank card/wallet) are not provided once the service delivery has started.
4.3. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to technical issues on our side, the funds will be credited to the User's internal balance on the website.
5. GOVERNING LAW
5.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
